Science Research Network

The Science Research Network is now available on the site. In April 2001, the Science, Research and Development Working Group recognised that there was a need for governments, industry and others to understand on-going scientific activity in government R & D establishments and academia. Equally, academia needed to understand better the main areas of concern for industry. The Working Group suggested that a common Science Research Network would help to bridge this information gap and that it should be Internet accessible and in database form to ensure maximum transparency.

This new directory contains an alphabetical listing of researchers publishing on sustainable development in the minerals and metals industry, sustainable development organisations and research institutions. Additions to this database are made on a completely voluntary basis. To request the addition of your name or organisation to the directory, please contact the International Lead and Zinc Study Group Secretariat. Contact: Ian Burrell (e-mail: [email protected])
